Are you one of the nearly 11 million people worldwide who have seen the video of Bush getting shoes chucked at him? Did you get the impression that he had amazing dodging skills? I think he just might have been the type of kid to get lots of spitballs thrown at him, so he had practice ducking out of harm’s way. How else do you explain him escaping not one, but two shoes to his face? Ok, ok, the bad aim of the journalist who threw his shoes partly explains it, but seriously, Bush had really quick reflexes.
