Usually BuzzParadise suggests offbeat operations. But there is a time for everything and we can also be serious! Today, our team decided to be committed on an association’s side, to struggle against a rare disease.

A few days ago, BuzzParadise received a moving email from one of our BuzzAngels, Raphaël Gilmas, où is a French blogger. He supports an association that struggle against the syndrôme Smith Magenis, a disease affecting children. It’s a degeneration of chromosome 17, that causes behavior disorders, mentally retard, and dimorphic problems.

Our team didn’t remain stonily indifferent in front of such a surge of solidarity. Then the idea to use BuzzParadise as a megaphone to support the struggle is born.

We decided to pay 50 cents to the association by new member, from today until the 31st of May 2007, because BuzzParadise’s number of subscriptions is around a few hundreds per month.
