A new year brings New Year’s resolutions. Like other European countries, in Belgium smoking shall be stopped.

In order to encourage smokers to quit tobacco, Pfizer and BuzzParadise have launched a teasing campaign at the end of 2007. 40 Belgian bloggers received a mysterious parcel containing a spray against bad breath, a mask and a perfumed candle.

After lengthy discussions our bloggers have now received the explanation in form of a BuzzKit containing candy, liquorice sticks, chewing gums and an antistress ball, in short everything you might find useful when fighting stress after having stopped smoking. And an invitation to visit the minisite “www.lederniermegot.be” that answers the following question: “How far can you go for a cigarette?” Of course there are also viral videos (showing smokers resorting to absurd actions because they are desperate for a cigarette) and smoky anecdotes. Not to forget the breath tester which measures a smoker’s addiction and is also available on all good blogs, especially here:
