The Apprentice, I Know My Kid’s A Star, Forever Eden, Survivor, Hell’s Kitchen, The Pick-Up Artist, America’s Next Top Model, The Amazing Race, and Project Runway - if you have watched any of these shows for more than 3 minutes, you will likely have found that reality TV contestants usually have one thing in common: they are shameless money-grubbers.
Reality shows have no written script. Producers influence each episode by introducing new situations into the lives of the contestants. They then sit back and watch how the new story unfolds. Producers claim to be unable to predict how contestants will react; this is clearly not true. Of course reality TV producers know what will happen and of course they try their hardest to create drama for their shows. Ratings move the business, and where there are high ratings, there’s money. I’m not fooled.
I forgot to mention, there’s another thing reality TV show contestants have in common. But rather than tell you myself, I’ll let the contestants speak for themselves in the following video:
And here’s another video, more or less on the same topic…
The only difference between the two is that, at least to me, the second video makes much more sense. The chicken comes across as far more intelligent than all these people in the first video…
