The French song contest “Star Academy” has just started its new search for the next singing star. Meanwhile, another “Star Ac’” has just started on the Web.

For all bloggers who are interested: the Blog Star Academy is looking for talented singers and musicians who want to be filmed.

The deadline for participation is January 1st, 2008. The internet users will then be invited to vote for the winner among the 6 finalists preselected by the jury.

The European Union is really committed to fighting smoking these days. After a pretty picture campaign (Help-EU), on October 26 2007 the EU has launched a website, Nicomarket. There you can buy everyday cosmetic products (toothpaste, moisturiser, spray against bad breath, scent domes) - all on the basis of natural tobacco extracts…

These products are of course not real. They are advertised for in 4 viral videos which promote the healthy negative effects of smoking on the body.

The viral campaign, based on the idea of the British agency Isobar, has been created by the French agency Ligaris and viralised by GoViral in the 5 biggest European countries: Germany, France, Great Britain, Spain, Italy.

A campaign which, just as the European Commission wishes, will enhance their presence online.
