Strategic evening meeting for BuzzParadise

It’s already quite late, but for the BuzzParadise team that’s not later than usual! And this is what a strategic meeting looks like when we hold one…

tscheier.jpg It was 8 pm and Grégory presented us the main lines of BuzzParadise’s future strategy at the T’Scheier’s, a cosy and trendy bar a few kilometres from Luxembourg.

The ambience was relaxed, with everyone comfortably installed in the cosy chairs at the “T’Scheier’s”, but nevertheless we also know when it’s time to concentrate, so we were all very attentive and focussed.

While we enjoyed the biggest room of this sought after place, I have to have admit that everything was perfect: a huge screen and sofas, appetisers and pastries contributed to the conviviality and let everyone relax. After a short presentation by Grégory, we reviewed the latest campaigns, current actions and projects to come and discussed the development of BuzzParadise, in one word: T-H-R-I-L-L-I-N-G!

And after all this work it was time to relax… the weather in Luxembourg allowed us to let the evening end with a nice diner on the terrace.

Meeting in the evening is not such a bad idea at all… It allows the team to meet someplace else, not always in the agency, to talk about anything and also to get to know our colleagues in a relaxed environment! And most of all, that’s the best way to work towards our company’s future. The method has unanimously been approved by the team :-)


Renault Twingo invited bloggers to Ljubljana

twingo_slovenia.jpgRenault staged an event and invited European bloggers to a weekend in Slovenia to discover the new Twingo.

Renault conceived a huge event to launch the new model of the famous Renault Twingo. Besides a campaign in collaboration with the agency Public Système, Renault called upon BuzzParadise’s expertise to select around twenty European bloggers. Hélène, Raphaëlle and Sandrine from team Renault were present, as were Vicky and Nils who represented BuzzParadise.

Here is a general survey of these “27 crazy hours”, as summarized Julien, one of the French participants of the operation. Invited free of charge by Renault, Ferran and Julia (Spain), Tom (Switzerland), Giorgio and Stefano (Italy), Sara and Allan (UK), Raphaël, Osmany, Julien , Florian and Géraldine (France), Katja, Gregor, Masa, Had, Miha, Marko and Jonas (Slovenia) listened to a car presentation before testing it for one hour.

Impressed by the Twingo, a passer-by asked the bloggers about it and they suggested lending it to him for a few minutes…

The test drive took them to Lake Bled, where the view is staggering, according to the bloggers!

To continue this wonderful day, the guests went to a design shop called Id-Doma for a gourmet lunch made by the Chef Eric (who has got a French restaurant in Ljubljana). Some Slovenian artists presented their work before and after the tasting.

Then, a little drink in the city centre on a pavement area next to the river. When the tavern closed, our bloggers were still fresh and dynamic. Bostjan (the guide) drove them to a disco called the Global to have fun until the morning.

The next morning the bloggers visited the youth hostel Celica (a former prison), that is now an artistic and cultural centre with tags and sculptures decorating the walls of the buildings. A typically Slovenian brunch was offered in little lounge room adapted to the bloggers’ rest.

According to the protagonists of this beautiful adventure, it was an unforgettable weekend, exciting and relaxing. 2007 is really the year of the happy union between Renault and European bloggers.


Recall Party at the “ShowCase”

The special birthday party celebrating Recall’s 10 years took place on Friday, June 15, at the ShowCase” in Paris.

An offbeat atmosphere, talented musicians, lovable bloggers and a little alcohol to relax… all the ingredients needed for an exceptional birthday evening in Paris.

Our representatives, (Vicky, Emmanuel, Nils, Romain, Grégory and Myrtille) made the most of the opportunity to meet the competition winners and gave out our brand-new BuzzParadise badges, together with charming girls, straight out sexy and angelic!

These pictures don’t need to be commented… All of BuzzParadise’s guests - clients, bloggers and our dream team - had a great evening, clinking glasses and dancing to the rhythm of Grand National, The Servant, Etienne de Crécy and the other groups. An event that definitely should be repeated!


Nokia Trends Lab

It’s the season of the music festivals again and BuzzParadise France go together with Nokia Trends Lab to promote a special concert on the 6th of July at the Carrousel du Louvre.

Joey Starr? Pharell Williams? Or maybe 50 Cent? The campaign for Nokia Trends Lab was launched by a viral video that ends with the question “C’est qui?” (which is French and means “Who is this?”), pronounced by a well-known French guy…



Even if it is quite easy to guess, Nokia Trends Lab launched a remix of a video clip in which this French guy, also a singer, actor and humorist subtly parodies an American rapper.



I’m sure you have already guessed that Nokia Trends Lab supports the album of “Fatal Bazooka” from famous Michaël Youn. Yesterday the website published a revelation video, in which Michaël is just as we know him, funny and offbeat.

Next July 6, Fatal Bazooka won’t be on the stage of the Carrousel du Louvre, but other artists such as Justice, TTC, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, The Rapture… : an impressive list, isn’t it?

Don’t Walk Alone

An unkown brand had appealed to you to promote a mysterious product. After 10 days of suspense and a few street marketing operations on the streets of Paris we now know its name.

For 10 days the walls and shop windows of the French capital were covered with stickers and video projections, all within the framework of the campaign Don’t Walk Alone. The Parisians widely contributed to the success of this street marketing operation and moved the stickers all over the capital.

Today, the dedicated website Don’t Walk Alone was turned into a blog… It allowed for day by day follow-up of the teasing. Now the product, a few artists and a competition are finally available!

The brand

And it is… Sony of course! Sony has launched the walkman NWA-800, a real jewel featuring a wide LCD screen (2 inches), high resolution and other cutting-edge technologies.

The artists

For a long time now Sony’s slogan has been “Music Like No Other”. Five talented artists were selected to create viral, colourful, original and eclectic videos about music. The first ones are now available on the website Don’t Walk Alone.

The competition

Sony also started a competition reserved for BuzzParadise members. So start buzzing on your blog, because the 5 best articles elected by our inflexible jury will win the famous personal stereo NWA-800.
