An important European directive is about to be applied and UK is one of the targets.

It aims to fight against communication doubtful practices on the internet… There are more and more examples in the last few month of brands presenting themselves as consumers. The last and certainly the most criticized was the case of Sony that launched a fake blog (with fake bloggers!) for the christmas promotion of its PSP. As a result : they got exposed and this led to a huge scandal on the internet.

Such practices should belong to the past with the application of the directive.
